Ingredients
1 can
pie filling or equiv. or 1 1/2 to 2c. fresh blackberries
1 c. flour
1 c.
sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
Cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Mix dry
ingredients together. Add 1 stick melted butter and 1 egg; mix
together. Spray baking dish with Pam. Put fruit in bottom of
baking dish. Pour mixture over fruit. It's a very stiff cookie
dough type consistency, so you have to pat it over the berries
without squishing them. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350
degrees until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. |
