Roll pastry to fit a 12-inch pizza
pan;fold under or flute edges. Combine sugar, flour and
cinnamon in bowl. Add apples and toss. Arrange apples in
single layer in circular pattern to completely cover
pastry. combine first six ingredients for topping and
sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350*F. for 35-40 minutes
or until apples are tender. Remove from oven and
immediately drizzle with caramel topping. Serve warm
with ice cream if desired. |
