1) Line cookie
sheet with waxed paper or foil. Measure the oats, peanut
butter and peanuts. Set aside.
2) Combine sugar,
butter, milk and cocoa in medium saucepan. Cook over
med. heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a
rolling boil (took about 12 minutes for me).
3) Remove from
heat. Add oats, peanut butter, peanuts and vanilla. Stir
quickly. Mix well.
4) Immediately
drop mixture by heaping teaspoon onto wax paper. Cool.
Store in cool, dry place |
