Cedar Planked Salmon

 

Ingredients
2 Salmon Fillets
3 Tablespoons Olive oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
Salt to taste
1 Large Lemon sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
 

Directions
Season and preheat the plank to 350 degrees. Place the fish on the plank. Combine the oil, mustard, pepper and salt, and garlic powder. Brush over the steaks. Grill SKIN side down about 18 to 20 minutes depending on thickness until done. Salmon should flake easily with fork when done. Serve and enjoy.
