Scotcheroos Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups oven toasted rice cereal
Topping:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup butterscotch morsels
Directions:
Dissolve sugar in corn syrup over medium heat. Stir in peanut butter until
smooth. Mix with cereal and spread into pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch
morsels together over hot, not boiling water. Stir until blended. Remove from
heat and spread over bars. Cut into 2x1-inch bars to serve. Yield: 48 bars.
