Spaghetti
Pie Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) package spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cook and drain spaghetti. Stir in margarine, parmesan cheese and eggs, while
spaghetti is hot. Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a buttered 10 inch pie
pan. You can also use two 8 inch pie pans if you want.
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook beef, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain off fat and stir in
spaghetti sauce. Heat through.
Spread cottage cheese over the spaghetti crust and then pour in spaghetti
sauce mixture.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese over top of pie
and bake 5 minutes longer, until cheese melts.
