Strawberry Granita
Ingredients
3/4 c. Sugar
2 cups
Strawberry
Sauce
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar and 1 cup of
boiling water until the sugar dissolves, then stir in the Strawberry Sauce.
Pour the mixture into a 9-x-13-inch baking pan and freeze. Stir the granita
with a fork once every 30 minutes until frozen, 1½ to 2 hours. (The
consistency will be granular.)
2. Scrape the granita into serving cups or bowls.
