Other Fun With Foods: Easy Bake Oven

Easy Bake Oven History: The Easy Bake Oven was invented in 1963 by Kenner Toys, which was subsequently taken over by Hasbro. The first Easy Bake Oven was turquoise in color and had a fake stove top. As the years passed by, lots of changes and enhancements were made to the Easy Bake Oven, which never lost it's popularity. Take a look at how the Easy Bake Oven has looked over the years.

Recipes and Mixes: There are ready mixes for lots of yummy dishes like cakes, mac and cheese, cookies, and more which can be cooked up in the Easy Bake Oven. The packet mixes require a little bit of water to be mixed in, and are simple for kids to handle. If you dont want to spend the money on the mixes (they are a tad expensive), here is a list of easy recipes to make from things you already have at home!
