<p>Each class is for around 45 minutes, and they will cover all the important muscles of your body within that time. There will be some high speed cycling. After that, there may be some sprints. They also make you do arm exercises on the bike. The classes generally ends with a stretch. The process is very systematic. It is not just about the legs, the entire body is getting benefited. Initially, it is very tiring. In the first class, I sweated like anything. But with time, I became comfortable.</p>
