Being a pro athlete, there are many things to consider, including what you should eat. However, a lot of myths are floating out there about what athletes should and shouldn’t eat. Some people think that athletes need to consume vast amounts of food to be successful, while others believe they should strictly avoid carbs or fats. Some believe apple cider slushie can make a huge difference, and others don’t. In this blog post, we will dispel some of the most common myths about athletes’ diets and give you some tips on eating healthy without going crazy.
Anything Organic or Natural Is Good for You
One of the most common myths about healthy eating is that anything organic or natural must be good for you. Just because a food is labeled as “organic” or “natural” does not necessarily mean healthy.
