As understood by the vast majority of people, physiotherapy is a process that includes exercises and tools for the treatment of bone injuries. They assess a person’s physical condition to diagnose their problems and apply a treatment plan that could physically correct the disturbed disposition or plan exercises in consultation with their body. They address not only inherent problems but also address other internal components. They adopt a holistic strategy to reduce the risk of a new injury.
